A permanent, open home for quantum science.
QuantumWay Journal is a peer-reviewed, gold open-access journal for quantum computing, quantum information, quantum materials, and the technologies built on them. Every article is free to read from the moment it publishes, permanently archived independently of our own website, and citable within hours of going live.
Aim & Scope
QuantumWay Journal welcomes rigorous, well-documented work across the quantum sciences and their applications, including but not limited to:

Quantum computing, algorithms, and complexity theory

Quantum information theory and quantum communication

Quantum materials, devices, and fabrication (qubits, superconducting circuits, photonic and spin-based platforms)

Quantum sensing, metrology, and imaging

Quantum simulation of physical and chemical systems

Quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures

Applied and industrial quantum technology, including hardware–software co-design

Interdisciplinary work on the ethics, policy, standards, and education of the quantum sciences

Gold OA. No paywall, ever. Funded by a one-time processing charge, not subscriptions.
Licensing
Every article published under CC BY 4.0. Authors keep copyright.
Preservation
Deposited with Portico on publication, independent of our own servers.
Frequency
Two issues a year, with accepted articles posted online first as soon as they're ready.
Identifiers
Every article gets a Crossref DOI. Every author signs in with an ORCID iD.
Discovery
Indexed in Scilit, usually within hours of publication.
Standards
Peer review process
QuantumWay Journal uses double-anonymized peer review by default: reviewers don't see author names or affiliations, and authors don't see reviewer identities. Please anonymize your manuscript file accordingly before submission.
